At Wejhat Sedana, we draw our direction from the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program, and seek to contribute to them through support and logistics services that drive institutional transformation in the Hajj sector.

Guided by our mission at Wejhat Sedana and proud of the honour of serving the Guests of Allah, we work within an integrated operating system that brings together the efforts of our sectors and departments, to deliver outstanding services to the highest standards of quality and professionalism and to contribute to Saudi Vision 2030's goals of elevating and enriching the pilgrim experience.

Our sectors work through specialised departments that accompany pilgrims at every stage of their journey: from reception, welcome and hospitality, and Nusuk, through transport, housing in Makkah and at the Holy Sites, and group movement via the Jamarat Bridge and the train, to the field service centres, all supported by operations, supervision and follow-up, and general affairs.

Bringing these departments together is more than a division of tasks and responsibilities; it is one unified way of working, built on cooperation, coordination, fast response and a deep sense of the trust placed in us.
